Had a great time this past Sunday with Dave and Sarah and their pooch Bailey. Went to Deep River to do an engagement shoot with them. Got a lot of great shots. Dave brought out his bike and we got some shots with them on it. This shot is from the sawmill in the back of the park by the Sugar Shack for those of you familiar with the area. Their little pup Bailey is very young but starting to be very well mannered and was able to give us some great photography with Dave and Sarah as this photos attest to.

Had a great shoot with Sarah, my April 24th bride. Got a lot of good photography with her, great gal to work with.  She has a beautiful dress from David’s Bridal. The netting of the lower section really make the design of the dress special.

Our Keepsake Moment of the Day comes from Kristen and Greg, May 31, 2008. Beautiful clouds punctuated a perfect day for the exchange of vows. Congrats to Kristen and Greg on their two year anniversary coming up in May.

Our Keepsake Moment of the Day comes from Liliana and Eric, June 5, 2009. Happiness after the ceremony. Coffee Creek in Chesterton always makes for a beautiful backdrop for wedding photography, and so much so is the boardwalk.

Our Keepsake Moment of the Day comes from Julie and Eric, July 25, 2099. Lighting the unity candle holds so much significance for the newly wed couple. The joining of two families, but also the joining of two hearts and the melding of two lives into one.

Today’s moment comes from Valerie and Thad’s wedding on Jan 3, 2009. May of been cold outside, but there was a warmth inside that made you feel great about what you were experiencing inside. Orthodox weddings are some of the most beautiful to shoot, from the architecture of the building to the traditions of the ceremony. Very colorful and beautiful.

So many things run through a new brides mind the moments before she walks down the aisle. So many months of preparation, all the guests, loved ones and family, but there is really only one person she is there for, and thats the guy at the end of the aisle, who will meet her there. Today’s Keepsake Moment of the Day comes from a wedding I shot this past summer at Chatue Bu Chea in Illinois. Very beautiful place. Very romatic and elegant. Julie and Eric’s day was a very beautiful day filled with hope and promise. Thanks so much to Julie and Eric for the wonderful photography that I was able to capture on your most special day.
